jen and chris

I challenge you not to look at pictures of Jen and not smile.. as soon as I stepped through the front door on a beautiful sunny April morning I was greeted with Jen and her beautiful smile.. along with lots of smiley bridesmaids and the most amazing house.. god I love the carpets, I love the wallpaper, sod it, I love everything!  Taking photos of a bunch of girls getting ready would normally be pretty hectic but everyone was calm and most importantly.. everyone was super happy.. :)  With that a beep of a horn from the gorgeous camper outside and it was time to head to the church..
The ceremony was warm and friendly with a wonderful vicar Jerry and afterwards everyone made the 5 minute walk down the lane to the village hall where the cutest marquee was waiting.  Inside looked incredible.. For the love of Vintage had created the perfect tea party filled to bursting with gorgeous vintage crockery.. a lampshade to die for, a sweetie table and the largest array of homemade cakes.. I could not stop taking pictures.
Everyone enjoyed pimms on the lawn, a bit of splat the rat and scrummy ice-cream by Gingers Comfort as we snuck the gorgeous bridal party and Jen and Chris off to a nearby field for some photos.. everyone was just so relaxed..
Afternoon tea was then served with beautiful speeches (including the most gorgeous poem by Jen's Mum) and then as people started to arrive for the evening entertainment a proper chippy wagon arrived serving fish and chips and the band got the party started..
It was truly such a gorgeous day with such lovely people and Jen and Chris are totally made for each other.  We had an absolute ball at this wedding and I think everyone else did too... :)

We also shot some of the day on my gorgeous new LC-A+.. ohh I love her so...
