ronnie and craig
Ronnie and Craig are a flippin’ amazing couple who like to do things their way! They’re young, sexy, in love and have two gorgeous children.
Ronnie is a freelance artist and Craig is an electrician who in his spare time renovated his very own vintage VW campervan especially for the wedding. I was in love with them from their first email… The whole day took place at the stunning Trunkwell Mansion House in Reading. Ronnie masterminded the whole theme and colour scheme of the wedding with rich, vivid colours of pink, purple, yellow and turquoise. Incorporating the colours into her spray painted DIY shoes for the bridesmaids, with the groomsmen all wearing a colour coordinated converse and tie combo to match the scheme.
Ronnie even designed her own dress, which her mum (who also just so happens to have trained Ian Stuart, who is arguably one of the biggest bridal designers in the country right now) then made for her!
The invites, table plans and settings all had Ronnie’s design of a vintage tattoo theme, even going as far as creating their very own handmade backdrop for the photo booth! Thus creating a gorgeous home made and vibrant feel to proceedings! The ceremony was so personal and reflective of their personalities, with heartfelt vows taken from their favourite songs and silly readings and poems to each other. There were tears, laughter, dancing and even a few back flips! The food was a gorgeous cream tea in the afternoon followed by a sumptuous and relaxed barbeque in the evening! It’s pretty safe to say we fell in love with Ronnie, Craig, their friends and families immediately. Everyone was so welcoming and made us feel so at home on the day, it was like we were old friends. A lot of mutual loving and throwing serious shapes together has cemented what we hope to be a beautiful and lasting friendship! You can see from the pictures what a gorgeous, stylish, creative and fun loving couple they really are.
Ronnie and Craig… you sexy pair…. We love you!...(and your campervan!) ;-)
Oh and a big thank you to Rock n Roll Bride for featuring the wedding last week too!!!
